Any chance that someone can translate this in to english?
My German is pretty ropey to say the least, but the description is telling you what is included with your filter. All thats in the picture and as far as I can gather the filter media as well. Having bought a few of these myself it's pretty standard, they give you everthing. The ones I have bought have foam and carbon inserts. I'm sure the bigger ones will give you a ammonia remover as well.
The bottom specs give you the max and minimum flow rates, the wattage, size of aquarium design for and the dimensions of it. It's alos telling you it has an adjustable flow control which is basicly where you off set the intake tube over he impellor.
