got some freebies when buying my live rock, I think the green ones might be something good and I'm guessing the red ones are Aiptasia anemone's, if so whats the best way to rid of, i have no corals or liverstock in my tank as yet, other than some hitchhiking starfish and a small shell that opens and closes.

would prefere a natural solution, shrimp or something that is safe to everything else

thanks

I'd say you're right on both counts.

First three photos are a variety of harmless feather duster type worms.
Fourth photo too blurred.
Fifth photo looks like aiptasia to me.

Are the aiptasia all concentrated in just a couple of small locations? Might just be easier to chip off that section of rock and bin it.

Failing that there's injections with:
- Joe's Juice
- Kalkwasser
- Lemon juice

Or you could introduce Peppermint shrimps though these won't always show interest and are likely to go on to nibble at coral polyps in the future. (Make sure you don't get sold camelbacks by some rip off merchant).

I believe there is a reefsafe nudibranch that munches on aiptasia but heaven knows where you'd find one in the UK.

Ade.

just found a eunice or bobit worm in the same rock as the Aiptasia, its going back to the shop in the morning, hopefully their ok about it and hopefully that worm hasn't jumped ship while i wasn't looking

thanks ade

those eunice worms can be quite nasty, not a bad idea to take that peice back. Its worth remvoing the aptasia as they can soon start to take over, a true peppermint shrimp might be a good option to do this
