It came on my LR.............they move around s l o w l y and also extend and contract S l o w l y !!!.

I have no idea, but they do look like leaches that have had a filling meal

Edit - looking again a little closer it looks like on the smaller one at the forefront. May have a mouth or poylp head/s coming out. I can certainly say that i have no idea from the pics but then again they may look totally different (and possibly more familliar) after a week or two of settling in your tank.

I'd look on the web, but I've no idea where to start, they look to me like some sort of very unhappy soft coral??
