i have just got a 450 to put in my room it is not new but in good nick . I just wanted to know are all the chambers at the back ment to be full of water to the top can anyone help this is my number if u can help

Joe, the rear chambers are supposed to be full of water, there is no 'dry' filtration in the tl450
