I’ve installed the MJ900 in the outlet chamber (pulling the water through the rear chambers) and in doing this it’s lowered the water level by about 50mm in chambers 2, 3 and 4. This will allow a nano skimmer to be installed in chamber 2 and still be able to close the lid.
The tank now has about 32x's turnover!!!!
I've changed the fans for quieter ones, changed the heater for a more reliable one and the light tubes where changed in November.
The tank and stand are in tip top condition.

These tanks still cost about £189 new, but without any of the modifications that allow them to support marine life successfully. I've spent something in the order of £70 on extra pumps and the like on upgrades, these extras are included.
