Hi all,

Its been a long time since i posted on here and a lot has happened since my last post. I have moved on from my 12g dd nanocube and have now got the aquaone aquamarine 900.

I found the nanocube an excellent starting point but it didn't take me long to get the marine bug! The aquamarine is great, i have modified it so that i can use a MH pendant. Got a 150w halide with 2 x 39w actinics. It has a marisys filter but i have had to add a V2 400 skimmer as the air driven skimmer in the marisys isn't really that great.

Livestock includes a maroon clown, 3 chromis, yellow tail blue damsel, canary wrasse, scooter blenny and my black and white clown (I know you shouldn't have 2 different clowns in a tank, especially with a maoon, they do however get on ok ). Various hermits, emerald crabs, snails and a tuxedo urchin. Oh nearly forgot the maroon clowns favourite thing, his malu anemone!

Got quite a few corals including leathers, goniapora, grogonians, zoas, fire coral, star polyps....

Please see pics below

very nice indeed! I particularly like the goni, i've always been put off buying one because of the stories about keeping them alive. How long have you had yours?
Graeme80
Hi Fras,

Thanks for the kind comments, I have had the goni for about 4 months now, its doing quite well, although i have to say it looked slightly better a few weeks ago, some of the polyps have not fully extended lately. I target feed it a couple of times a week with gamma nutri plus.
